Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Senior Citizens Dental Plan is available to individuals aged [specify age, e.g., 60 and above].
- Coverage Period: The plan is valid for [12 months] from the date of enrollment and must be renewed annually to continue receiving benefits.
- Included Services: The plan covers routine check-ups, professional cleanings (scale & polish), and discounts on select treatments. The specific number of visits and services per year will be outlined in the plan details provided at the time of enrollment.
- Exclusions: The plan does not cover major dental procedures such as implants, orthodontics, or cosmetic treatments unless specifically stated. Additional treatments beyond the plan’s coverage will be charged separately.
- Non-Transferable: The plan is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
- Payment & Refunds: Payment for the plan must be made upfront at the time of enrollment. The plan is non-refundable, even if all services included are not utilized within the coverage period.
- Appointment Booking: Plan members must schedule appointments in advance and are subject to availability. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that visit’s benefit.
- Discount Application: Discounts on additional treatments apply only to services performed at Schubbs Dental Clinics and cannot be combined with other promotions or insurance claims.
- Modifications & Termination: Schubbs Dental Clinics reserves the right to modify the plan benefits, pricing, or terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing members before their renewal period.
- Agreement: Enrollment in the plan constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

I graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, and went on to earn fellowships in Orthodontics from the West African College of Surgeons and in Paediatric Dentistry from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria.Later, I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics from the London Dental Institute and became a certified Invisalign provider.Proudly, I'm a member of the Nigerian Association of Orthodontists, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the World Federation of Orthodontists.Staying connected to these global and local professional communities keeps me inspired and continuously learning.Orthodontics is a true passion, I find immense joy in what I do every day.But everyone at work knows there's something else that lights me up just as much: cooking! 😂I cook for colleagues, friends, and yes, even patients have had a taste and can testify.When not in the clinic or kitchen, you’ll probably find me curled up with a good book.Reading, solving crosswords, and piecing together jigsaw puzzles are some of my favorite ways to unwind.The kitchen remains my happy place, though, it's where I spend most of my time at home.There’s also something incredibly calming about nature and beautiful, scenic views.Give me a Quiet spot with a view, a book and a cup of tea, and I’m in my element. ❤️
